SaylorGregg knows cultural institutions. Our projects include new buildings and additions as well as the preservation and renovation of landmark structures for higher education and museum clients. Sustainable design that advances the mission of an institution while enriching the streetscape is our goal with every project; meaningful collaboration, thoughtful design and professional excellence are the means for achieving it. Founded in 1970 as Dagit/Saylor, the architectural design services firm has published widely and received many citations for its work.
In 2014, SaylorGregg became a Studio of JacobsWyper Architects, a merger of firms alike in culture and complementary in project experience. The strength of our collaboration benefits clients — whether a small job that makes a space more efficient, or a large job that rejuvenates an institution — because the best of both firms’ design and planning capabilities is behind each project.
In our combined 75 years in practice, JacobsWyper and SaylorGregg have developed firm cultures that attract great people who believe that design matters. Mobilizing the strongest resources, expertise and experience in service to our clients is what we do best.
