Mr. Felicetti joined Jacobs/Wyper in October of 2006 as an Architectural Designer, and was made Associate in 2010. Prior to joining Jacobs/Wyper, Mr. Felicetti brought with him more than 6 years of experience in documentation of renovation and new construction projects. He has also been leading the office’s conversion to Autodesk’s 3-d modeling software Revit. At Jacobs/Wyper Mr. Felicetti has participated in the following projects as a project architect/project manager:

• Voltaix, LLC, Mt. Bethel Township, Pennsylvania: New manufacturing headquarters on a 25 acre site including a new H2 manufacturing facility, exterior gas storage pads and tank farm.
• Edward H. Rosen Center for Jewish Life, at Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: 15,000 sf new mixed use construction containing dining space, kitchens, two multi-purpose rooms for religious services, informal lounges and a library.
• AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, Newark, Delaware: Design of a 3,600 sf Contractor Processing Center. LEED Gold Certified.
• Amtrak, Maintenance of Ways Facility, Newark, New Jersey: 42,000 sf mixed use new construction containing shops for maintenance teams, railcar storage, offices, training rooms and support spaces
• Cardinal Health, Franklin Township, New Jersey: 11,000 sf corporate interior office area fit-out.
• Princeton University: Project Architect for 1,700 sf lab renovation in the Carl Icahn Genomics Laboratory Building for two new Optical Instrumentation labs, a wet lab and equipment space.
• University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Assisted with documentation on the following renovation projects at the School of Medicine:
  • 2,400 sf addition to Zebra Fish facility, duplicating all existing facility functions in space across corridor.Project includes creating exterior chase for exhaust.
  • 1,500 sf renovations to existing biological research labs and offices in the Stellar-Chance Building, including two new 8’ fume hoods and provision for 40 network servers.

• AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP, Newark, Delaware: Project Architect for an 8,000 sf LEED Gold Certified Contractor Processing Center.
