Experience
Ms. Rege-Bam joined Jacobs/Wyper Architects in
March 1999, and was made Associate in 2004. Her responsibilities at
Jacobs/Wyper include schematic design, code research, consultant coordination,
project documentation and management. Ms. Rege-Bam has participated in many
projects which offer considerable experience in pharmaceutical design and new
building design. Ms. Rege-Bam has served as the Project Architect
and Project manager for the following selected projects:
- Cephalon, Inc.: 160,000 sf new 3-phase laboratory and office masterplan and renovation in an occupied facility. Project cost $40 million.
- University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: a new 9,000 sf Regenerative Medicine Lab and a 4,000 sf Pathology laboratory renovation in an existing facility.
- Puresyn, Inc., Malvern, Pennsylvania: 13,000 sf renovation of an existing space to provide new Virology, QC and Manufacturing Operations laboratories as well as supporting office, conference and break areas.
- Atlantic Pharmaceutical Services, Inc.: $5.2 million dollar Laboratory, Potent Compound Suite and Warehouse Addition to a pharmaceutical facility.
- Emisphere Technologies, Inc., Tarrytown, New York: A three-phase project consisting of the following:
- $2 million, office fit-out for project managers and support staff, including main reception area and conference spaces.
- $6 million, 13,000 sf laboratory fit-out for process development and analytical laboratories as well as a cGMP suite for potent compounds.
- $3 million, 7,000 sf laboratory fit-out for biopharmaceutical and quality control laboratories, solvent storage and dispensing areas and supporting office areas.
- Purepac Faulding, Elizabeth, New Jersey: Creation of an architectural
master plan for the existing urban site and the following:
- Design of a $2 million, 8,000 sf office fit-out area.
- 8,000 sf analytical and formulation laboratory areas.
- Wawa, Inc., Corporate Headquarters, Wawa, Pennsylvania: 60,000 sf office addition.
- Temple University Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: A 10,700 sf fourth floor laboratory renovation for the Bio-Life Sciences Building. The spaces include wet research, radioactive and BSL2/BSL3 tissue culture laboratory areas.
- GlaxoSmithKline, Upper Merion, Pennsylvania:A 6,000 s.f. laboratory renovation on the second and third floors of Building 27 for the Clinical Immunology and TKB DMPK groups as part of the Bio Pharmaceutical Master Planning effort.
- GlaxoSmithKline, Upper Providence, Pennsylvania: Various renovations of existing laboratory, packaging, process and storage spaces.
