Mr. Bohn joined Jacobs/Wyper in 1995 to manage the documentation and construction of the Nycomed Research and Development project. He is an Associate Principal and has over 30 years experience designing and constructing facilities for corporate and institutional clients. Mr. Bohn has experience managing significant and complex projects utilizing various project delivery methods such as Fast Track, Design/Build as well as traditional Design/Bid/Build.
During the past twenty years Mr. Bohn has been a Project Architect and Project Manager with major responsibilities for the following projects:
- Torsten Almen Research Center, Devon, PA: 160,000 s.f. research and development headquarters for NYCOMED, Inc. $20 million construction total.
- Employee Cafeteria, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, LP, Newark, Delaware: A new 22,000 s.f. cafeteria consolidating 3 existing cafeterias into a single multi-function facility. This new structure accommodates the entire 650-person workforce at this site. Project total $6 million.
- Tylenol Manufacturing Facility, Shanghai, China: 40,000 s.f., $12 million building addition for Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals to manufacture and package Tylenol.
- Temple University Recreation/Convocation Center, Philadelphia: a new multi-purpose sports and entertainment arena to showcase the nationally ranked Temple Owls basketball team. This is a 333,000 s.f. facility with a construction budget of approximately 48 million dollars.
- Garmatz Federal Court House, Baltimore, MD: Renovation of 2 Circuit Court of Appeals and 9 District Courtrooms along with their adjacent support spaces totaling approximately 45,000 s.f.
- Tredyffrin Township Municipal Complex, Tredyffrin, PA: A new municipal facility composed of 5 buildings totaling approximately 50,000 square feet.
- Plaza 2,000, Voorhees, NJ: A mixed-use building consisting of 180,000 s.f. of offices, ground floor retail and under-building parking garage.
- 96 South George St., York, PA: A five story, 63,000 s.f. office building on an urban site for the Susquehanna Broadcasting Company.
