Historic Preservation

The preservation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings and structures is the original “green” construction, and Jacobs/Wyper seeks to find innovative solutions to both preserve and adaptively reuse historic buildings as part of its broader commitment to meeting or exceeding sustainability goals for new construction.

With the addition of Robert A. Petito Jr., AIA, we have strengthened our firm’s leadership and expertise in providing historic restoration services that seek to develop creative responses to preservation and reuse challenges found in projects addressing historic restoration and building envelope architecture.
