This workspace renovation was for three different user groups, on two floors, as part of an ongoing effort to redefine the corporate culture on this campus.
The goal of this renovation was to increase face to face communication within product groups, and foster a more collaborative, interactive environment.
All the existing cubicles were removed to create a more dynamic and inspirational workspace through an open plan layout and shared team spaces. The employees don't have a dedicated workstation and can move their location depending on the tasks at hand. This, in conjunction with several informal public spaces, will initiate more brainstorming and creative thinking within teams.
