The new AZ dining center cuts a bold silhouette against the Newark, Delaware skyline. The fan-shaped building is sheathed in white aluminum panels and is fronted by a curved glass curtain wall that acts as a dynamic proscenium for the nature beyond. Its 22,000 sf includes a dining room, server, kitchen and related spaces. The center is designed to serve up to 260 people at a time and can be easily converted into an auditorium with a 660-seat capacity. After one year in operation, AZ as declared that the center “has changed the culture” of the 800 employee manufacturing campus.
