The project at Philipsburg Manor consisted of two parts. First was a preparation of a report that included archival documentation research, analysis of existing architectural features, and a conditions assessment. Architectural and engineering documents were prepared for construction work that included repairs to masonry, windows, plaster, roof, and siding, as well as the installation of a new electrical system and fire detection and alarm systems.

The project consisted of two parts. First was a the preparation of a report that included archival documentation research, a comprehensive analysis of existing architectural features, and a conditions assessment to serve as the basis of comprehensive recommendations for appropriate treatment of architectural features installed in the 1960s. Subsequently, architectural and engineering documents were prepared for construction work that included: stone masonry repairs; replacement of solid oak window frames and casement window sash; replacement of wood siding; replacement of wood shingle roofing and flashings, plaster repairs; interior and exterior painting; complete replacement of electrical power and lighting systems; installation of code compliant smoke and fire detection and alarm systems; installation of a light sensitive LED accent lighting system at the interior; and, site work.
Project services were performed and directed by Robert A. Petito Jr., AIA, Associate with Jacobs/Wyper, while formerly serving as Principal and Project Manager with John G. Waite Associates, Architects, PLLC.
