Design of a new syringe filling facility including two aseptic fill lines, two secondary packaging lines and a -20 degree Celsius warehouse for the finished product. The development of this facility was necessary to accommodate a new intranasal influenza vaccine, the first product for this company. Design, construction and validation was on a fast track basis and was completed in 10 months.
