Voltaix is an ISO-certified manufacturer of specialty chemicals for use in semiconductors and solar cells. The new complex, clad in corrugated metal panels to reflect a modern industrial aesthetic, consolidates administration, manufacturing and distribution functions on a 25-acre site in the Lehigh Valley. Along with new offices and manufacturing, this high-hazard complex contains exterior tank farms and gas storage pads, and was required to pass rigorous environmental, health and safety assessments. Attractive, contained and efficient, the design allows for future expansion.
