JacobsWyper was tasked with reimaging the façade of an existing building, built in the late 1960s. The building presented as long, low, and heavy with its dark brown brick and metal panel, and oversized fascia. We proposed a design solution that would upgrade the storefront windows and replace the existing metal panel will taller and more dynamic panels that feature interesting angles, perforations and pops of color. The two entrances were reimaged with new vestibules, larger windows, improved accessibility, and new landscaping. The resulting design brings new life to a building that previously lacked personality.
