The project is the new US Headquarters for Myonex, a leading clinical trial supply company. Myonex is consolidating and relocating from its current facilities in Norristown, PA. It is a comprised of 20,000 sf of office space and 45,000 sf cGMP warehouse/distribution center.
The office area is surrounded by full hight windows offering views to exterior green space providing ample natural lighting. The enclosed offices have glazed partitions to provide natural light and connectivity to the adjacent office area. The amenities include a boardroom, various sized conference and huddle rooms equipped with state of the art AV systems, coffee area, and breakroom with access to an exterior patio.
The cGMP warehouse includes shipping and receiving, staging, rack storage in ambient warehouse & 2-8 C cold room, -20 C and -80 C freezer storage, secondary labeling rooms with staging and gowning areas, designed to cGMP guidelines. There is a vault and DEA cages for scheduled drugs which require ambient and cold storage. As typical for a cGMP facility the warehouse has separated caged areas for quarantined materials and returns. There is also a separate storage cage, cleaning and inspection area for ancillary equipment returns.
