JWA Philadelphia New Office

Our new 10,000 square foot office in The Washington Building marks an exciting evolution for our firm, bringing together our Philadelphia team from three disconnected floors into one unified, purposefully designed environment. As an architectural and interior design firm, this relocation not only enhances the way we work, but it also reflects our design philosophy in action. This space serves as both a workplace and a living portfolio, showcasing the full breadth of our design capabilities.  Guided by principles of wellness, employee engagement, and flexibility, we’ve created an activity-based-work environment that empowers our team with choice and control over how and where they work. The floor plan prioritizes connectivity, with collaboration zones that foster spontaneous exchange, alongside focus rooms for virtual meetings and individual work that requires privacy and quiet. Open and inviting social spaces and wellness-driven design features reinforce our culture of creativity, belonging, and support. Our new single-floor layout strengthens communication across teams, finally bringing this office together in a space that truly supports how we work today and into the future.
