JacobsWyper provided master planning services for the development of life science park located along the Pilot Butte Irrigation Canal. We are currently finishing construction documentation of a multi-use lab/office/pilot scale cGMP manufacturing facility. The program is approximately divided into thirds into the overall building. The Core & Shell Design is contracted to JWA through the developer, IPDM Holding, LLC and the interior fit-up is contracted with TFS which is the tenant for Phase 1 of the development. Phase 1 is a two-story, 30,000sf. building with the potential for three additional phases of a similar size floor plate with the opportunity to grow upward.
